Hosting with Google Sites. This website runs on Google Sites, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you open a page, Google processes technical data such as your IP address, browser, date and time, so that the page can be delivered and protected against misuse. Google also sets cookies that it needs to run and secure the service. Google may process data in the USA; according to Google, Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in running this site securely; for cookies that are strictly necessary, § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. Contact form. The form on the Contact page is a Google Form. What you enter (name, e-mail address, message) is stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets (Google Ireland Limited) and used only to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your message is about working together, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in answering messages. I delete the entries once your enquiry is settled, at the latest after 12 months.

E-mail. If you write to me by e-mail, I use your message and address only to answer you, on the same legal basis and with the same deletion rule.

Links. Links to LinkedIn and other sites only open those sites when you click them; this site does not embed them.

Your rights. You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Write to contact@remkostas.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
