✓ Analyzed over 7 million ERP change records, narrowing to 40,000 finished-goods data points (2022 to 2024), to find why manual changes bypassed the master data system.

✓ Mapped the changes across 177 countries and 1,850+ active SKUs and identified seven fields frequently changed outside the system.

✓ Built a local data model in Excel Power Pivot (ETL, DAX) linking material ownership, departments and change timing.

✓ Evaluated the Celonis process mining setup and outlined integration requirements and a roadmap.
