I'm a supply chain optimization and automation specialist with experience at Accenture, Red Bull, and AB InBev. Aerospace, brewing, energy drinks, warehouses. My focus stays on the operations: where the process breaks, where data is scattered, where teams are stuck doing by hand what a system should do for them.

The instinct is always the same. Fix what's slow before anyone has to ask.

I turn messy, manual, repetitive work into clean, automated, reliable systems. I don't care whether the right tool is a spreadsheet, a script, n8n, or an AI agent. I care whether it does the job.

Outside the day job, I run the same instinct on my own infrastructure. 200+ automated workflows orchestrating multiple AI models, on a private server I built and maintain myself. Security boundaries, error handling, backups: same discipline I'd apply at work.

I work at the intersection of supply chain, process, and AI. Some of what that looks like:

• Optimizing supply chain and operations processes: quality management, concessions, audits, KPI tracking

• Replacing legacy VBA and manual templates with modern automation (n8n, Apps Script, Power Automate)

• Designing agentic AI workflows and integrating LLMs into day-to-day operations

• Cleaning and standardizing large-scale operational data

• Building dashboards and reporting for supply chain and operations teams

• Acting as the bridge between business teams and IT developers

• 90% faster, at Accenture (aerospace). Rebuilt a legacy VBA process in Google Apps Script. Project accuracy doubled through standardization.

• 7M ERP records cleaned, at Red Bull. Across 177 countries and 1,850 SKUs, clean enough to build the business case for process mining.

• 200+ workflows, self-hosted. Built and maintain a private homelab server orchestrating multiple AI models, with production-grade security, error handling, and backups.

• Early GenAI champion. One of the first at Accenture Germany to adopt and train others on Microsoft Copilot and GenAI tooling.
