I work where supply chain, process and AI meet. Today that means an aerospace warehouse system at Accenture in Hamburg. Before that: automating demand planning analysis at AB InBev, master data analysis at Red Bull, and two summers in an Atomic warehouse.

The instinct is always the same. Fix what's slow before anyone has to ask.

I don't care whether the right tool is a spreadsheet, a script, n8n or an AI agent. I care whether it does the job.

Outside the day job, I run the same instinct on my own infrastructure: 200+ automated workflows orchestrating multiple AI models on a home server I built and maintain myself.

• ~50% faster dispatch. Redesigned an outbound dispatch process for an aerospace client: physical throughput time roughly halved, with an estimated EUR 30,000 in recurring annual savings.

• 100% UAT pass rate. 250+ structured pre-test cases and 150+ validated business transactions before a warehouse system go-live.

• 2x output, ahead of schedule. An Excel template with automated formulas for an aircraft production hall doubled the team's output during a colleague's extended absence.

• 90% faster analysis, at AB InBev. Root cause analysis for obsolete inventory cut from 20 minutes to under 2 per SKU, across four markets.

• 7M+ ERP records analyzed, at Red Bull. Discrepancies across 177 countries and 1,850+ SKUs traced and cleaned up, building the case for process mining.

• 200+ workflows, self-hosted. A private automation and AI platform with error handling, nightly backups and written postmortems.

• Early GenAI champion. One of the first non-manager Microsoft 365 Copilot GenAI Champions in Germany, and an early member of Accenture's internal n8n ambassador group.
